Applicable Areas for a Mini Lift
For some, the term “mini lift” simply means that the surgery is not as in-depth and does not cover as much of the face or area above the shoulders. For others, it specifically refers to certain parts of the face and neck. Which term is appropriate for you is largely determined by your cosmetic surgeon and what he or she equates with a mini facelift.
In most cases, the areas surrounding the eyes, the cheeks, and the jaw line are included in a mini lift. More intense areas, like the brow line and the neck, especially the lower parts, are not included. However, no matter which areas are applicable for a mini facelift, the recovery time is generally always much quicker than with a full facelift. This means that you can spend less time waiting for your recovery to be complete and more time enjoying your life.
